I want you to know that the cake was magnificent. The design of Isaac's blessing was amazing, and the detail work on the Torah was far better than I could have imagined, even after looking at the pictures you have on your website. In fact, all your cakes were outstanding. They were absolutely the centerpiece of the entire reception, and the Torah cake particularly was amazing. When it was finally cut, a huge crowd stood around to witness, and it was the best entertainment we could have asked for! I'm sorry you couldn't see the reaction of people to both the artistry and taste. One comment you'd especially like -- 'If I were a country, I would go to war over the pear tart.'

I'm very grateful for all of your hard work and for your perfectionism in creating such beautiful deserts.

I had the opportunity yesterday shabbos to try some of your pastries. I'm not sure what there called, but there were these little cakes in cups which were strawberry, peanut butter and banana, I liked the banana personally. Then there was this pie my mom brought with mango on top and custard that was very good, my family wouldn't stop talking about it and saying how good it was. I loved it myself and I wish you many more happy and healthy years of hatzlacha(success).

I do not remember if I emailed you so I am doing so again just in case. Sarah and Jonathan celebrated their 1st wedding anniversary and I took the top layer of their cake that I saved for them. It was delicious even though it was frozen for 1 year.
