I want you to know that the cake was magnificent. The design of Isaac's blessing was amazing, and the detail work on the Torah was far better than I could have imagined, even after looking at the pictures you have on your website. In fact, all your cakes were outstanding. They were absolutely the centerpiece of the entire reception, and the Torah cake particularly was amazing. When it was finally cut, a huge crowd stood around to witness, and it was the best entertainment we could have asked for! I'm sorry you couldn't see the reaction of people to both the artistry and taste. One comment you'd especially like -- 'If I were a country, I would go to war over the pear tart.'
